Of Six Pillars
The festival and conference are built to move the creative economy forward, with fairer ways of working, new routes in for emerging talent, and a co-operative model that others can follow.
Cultural change runs alongside all of it. We use music and content as a force for the region and the wider sector, rather than putting on a programme of events and leaving it there.
Meaningful progress, we believe, will only come through collaboration: new ideas, shared infrastructure and ethical solutions that help the sector support itself and thrive, rather than compete for shrinking resources.
