These terms apply to your use of this website and, together with the terms of our ticketing partner, Skiddle, to tickets you buy for Beyond The Music 2026. By using this site or buying a ticket, you agree to these terms. Beyond The Music is a registered co-operative society (registration number 13984404), registered office MediaCity, Salford, Greater Manchester, M50 2EQ.

Using this website

You may use this website for your own personal, lawful use. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt it, or use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others. We may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time.

Tickets

Tickets are sold through our ticketing partner, Skiddle, and are also subject to Skiddle's terms and conditions, which you accept at the point of purchase. All prices shown are inclusive of booking fees. Tickets are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis across release waves.

Except where the law gives you a right to a refund, tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Tickets must not be resold for profit or used for any commercial purpose without our written permission, and we may cancel tickets we reasonably believe have been resold or transferred in breach of these terms.

Entry to the event

• —A valid ticket is required for entry, and we may ask to see photo ID.
• —Some sessions or areas may have age restrictions; details will be provided where they apply.
• —We may carry out security searches as a condition of entry and refuse or revoke entry for behaviour that is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive to others.
• —The event is photographed and filmed. By attending, you understand that you may appear in images and recordings used to promote Beyond The Music.

Changes to the event

The programme, line-up, speakers and venues are subject to change, and individual changes are not normally grounds for a refund. If the event as a whole is cancelled or significantly rescheduled, we will let ticket-holders know and set out the options available to them at that time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for matters outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, design, logos and images, belongs to Beyond The Music or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce it without our permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
