Biography

The story so far

Max White is an emerging indie-pop artist whose emotionally charged songwriting and distinctive vocal style are earning recognition across the UK and beyond.

Originally from the Isle of Wight, his sound is shaped by a rich blend of influences, including a decade spent living in Central America. Often compared to a fusion of The 1975, Lewis Capaldi and Ed Sheeran, Max creates music that is intimate, uplifting and deeply resonant. His debut single ‘Sugar’ led to a successful European tour of sold-out shows.

Max has supported major artists including Sam Ryder, Rag ’N’ Bone Man, and RAYE, cementing his reputation as a compelling live performer. He later collaborated with Dada Life on Our Nation, with ‘The World Can Burn' surpassing 4 million streams. His solo release ‘I Don’t Need You’ has garnered over 62,000 streams and led to further touring, writing and performing with Rag ’N’ Bone Man.

Following a period of reflection and growth, Max returns with renewed focus, five new singles to be released, and shows to be announced throughout 2026/2027.
